All products that we offer on the Plumbing Supply Now website are brand new, unopened and come with the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Plumbing Supply Now’s policy provides for returns for items within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. The items that may be returned to us are as follows; products that we shipped incorrectly, defective items, items
that the customer ordered in error and items that may have been damaged in shipping to the customer. Should any of the above be applicable, we work hard to provide quick and precise service and cure any issues.
Any return that is received back by us must be in the same brand new condition it was sent in and there may not be any damage to either the product or the product box to obtain a full credit refund (less any restocking fees or shipping fees). Plumbing Supply Now does not pay for return shipping as this is the responsibility of the customer (unless an incorrect or damaged product was sent by us). We do not accept any returns after
the 30 day period. We also do not accept returns of items that were installed or used in any way. Any issues that may arise after the 30 day period must be addressed by the manufacturer of the product as we do not provide service for the items sold. We will work with you and assist you in obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer of your product should the need arise. We typically do not charge a restocking fee unless we provided the customer with free shipping. If the item(s) were shipped to the customer free of charge, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Should an order be delivered to a buyer either by truck or LTL, the buyer is responsible for all return freight charges and the product must be returned the same way it was shipped out. (ie. If product was delivered on a skid and shipped via truck or LTL, it must be returned the same way.) Additionally, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to offset any of our costs incurred.
How to Return a Product
All returns must be authorized by us by speaking to a representative. Any returned products must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging. The representative with issue you an RMA for return authorization. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the item and upon completion, a refund will be issued after a satisfied inspection has been completed. All refunds are administered through our website and applied to the same payment method originally used. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive your item to process your refund.
Return of Defective or Damaged Products
Should we inadvertently send an incorrect item to a customer in error, we will pay for the return shipping. Additionally, if an item is lost or damaged in shipping, we pay for the return shipping and we will send a new item out to the customer at our expense once the original product has been received back at our warehouse. To expedite this occurrence and send you a new replacement faster, the customer can enter a new order for the replacement item(s) and we will ship the order out immediately. We credit the full amount of the original order after we receive and inspect the original item(s). If you do not place a new order, we will ship the replacement items after we receive your return. Any defective product not received at our warehouse within the 30 day period will not receive a refund.
Cancellation of an Order
Should a customer want to cancel an order, this must be done so by telephone. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we will flat cancel the transaction and provide a full refund. If the order has been shipped, the customer must call us to obtain an RMA and the items must be shipped back to us to obtain a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order.
