Are your representatives knowledgeable?

Many orders are simply placed online, however we have knowledgeable trained associates to help with any questions you have as well as process your order. Our associates received training directly from the manufacturers brands that we distribute. If you have a question, we may not have an immediate answer for all products and we will contact the manufacturer directly for the proper information.

How long will it take to ship my items?

Most items ship within 1-2 business days. If for some reason, it will take longer, we will contact you.

How can I see my order history with Plumbing Supply Now?

How do I track my order?

Most of our order are shipped either by USPS or UPS. We also will send large or fragile items by freight through a variety of carriers. After you place your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. There will be a link in the email taking you to your tracking information. You can also locate all shipping information in your account after you login.

What is the best way to use the search box to find what I am looking for?

The search box was designed to help you search quickly and easily by typing in keywords describing the product you are looking for. Additionally, you can use the manufacturer's part number or any part of the number as multiple items with the similar part number may display.

Suppose I search for an item and do not find it, however I am certain you stock it because I have seen it or have purchased it before?

Once I place an order, can it be changed or modified?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. The best way for you to change an order once it has been submitted would be to call or email us. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will work with you to make the necessary changes.

How do I know that my order has been processed?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including your order details. This email puts lets you know that the order is currently being processed. You can also log in to your account and search for the order number. The status will be displayed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after an order has been placed. After your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping and tracking information.

How can I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order simply log into your account and search for your order number. The order status will be displayed.

What hours are customer support available?

Our customer associates are available Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. We do have after hours associates available for emergency purposes that may be able to assist you after our warehouse is closed. Please leave a message on our telephone system and an associate will try to contact you sooner than the next business day.

How long does it take for you to respond to emails?

Our policy is to return emails within a 12-hour time frame after receipt. If we need to research a situation for you, it may take longer, but we will contact you as soon as possible. Additionally, emails received on the weekend may be returned on the next business day.
